1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using the CreatiqHub platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

2. Services Provided
CreatiqHub provides users access to:
AI content generation tools (text, code, long-form content)
Image generation via third-party APIs
Custom AI chatbots trained using user data
Affiliate program tools (where applicable)
Credit-based usage system and subscription plans
All features are provided “as-is” and may be updated at any time to improve functionality or comply with legal and technical requirements.

3. Account Registration
To access our services, you must:
Register with a valid email address
Keep your login credentials secure
Be at least 18 years old
You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:
Fraud
Unauthorized access attempts
Abuse of AI systems (e.g., illegal content generation)
Violation of these Terms

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1. Automatic Renewal (Recurring Billing)
All paid subscription plans renew automatically based on the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Your payment method (Stripe or PayPal) will be charged automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel prior to the renewal.

4.2. Cancelling a Subscription
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future charges—it does not provide refunds for previous usage or active periods already paid.

4.3. Change of Pricing
We may adjust prices, create new plans, or discontinue plans. Any change will apply to future cycles, not retroactively. If prices change, users will be notified prior to renewal.

5. Credit Purchases
Credits may be purchased separately to generate:
AI text
AI images
AI chatbot training usage

5.1. Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits are consumed automatically when using features and cannot be refunded once used.

5.2. Expiration
Credits may expire if:
Specified in the purchase description, and/or
The platform discontinues or updates specific features. Expiry notices will be clearly communicated.

6. Refund Policy
⚠️ No Refunds After Usage
Due to immediate server, API, and AI processing costs, payments are not refundable once any of the services have been used, including:
generating text
generating images
training chatbots
using any paid feature
Exception
If billing was charged due to a technical error (unauthorized duplicate charge, payment bug), we will investigate and refund if confirmed.
Users who request bank chargebacks for legitimate charges may have their account suspended.

7. Third-Party Integrations
CreatiqHub relies on external AI services such as:
OpenAI
Stability AI
Other providers when added
We only send the minimum required data to generate results.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or inaccuracies produced by third-party AI systems.

8. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of data uploaded for chatbot training.
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded data does not violate:
copyright or privacy rights
illegal or harmful content laws
CreatiqHub may remove content that violates rules without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
CreatiqHub is not responsible for:
business loss due to generated content
harm caused by inaccurate or offensive AI output
outages caused by third-party service providers
user decisions based on AI recommendations
The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts:
for breach of terms
for illegal activity
if misuse harms platform operation
if chargeback or fraud is detected
Unused subscription time or credits are not refunded upon termination due to violation.

11. Legal Compliance
This platform operates under:
EU GDPR regulation
Hungarian jurisdiction
International digital compliance standards
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws when publishing or using AI content.
