Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy
Purchases made on CreatiqHub are non-refundable once any paid service has been used.
This includes:
generating AI text or content,
generating AI images,
training or updating a chatbot,
spending credits,
accessing premium/subscription-only features.
This policy exists because the platform incurs irreversible server, API and model processing costs for every request.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are billed automatically (recurring billing) through Stripe or PayPal according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
Refunds will not be issued for active subscription periods already charged, even if the service is no longer being used.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard to stop future charges.
Cancellation only affects future billing, not past payments.
3. Credit Purchases Refunds
Purchased credits (used for text, image, or chatbot training activity) are non-refundable after they have been used in whole or in part.
Unused credits may only be refunded if:
a duplicate purchase occurred due to technical error, and
the user has not consumed any portion of the credits.
4. Technical or Billing Errors
If a payment was processed incorrectly due to:
double charge,
unauthorized renewal,
processing error,
system malfunction,
then the user must contact support with proof by emailing:

Verified erroneous charges will be refunded.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud
Attempting a bank or PayPal chargeback for valid or previously agreed payments may result in:
account termination,
forfeiture of credits and subscription time,
blocking of future access.
We will contest fraudulent chargebacks using logs, usage data and billing history.
6. Service Availability & Third-Party Models
CreatiqHub uses APIs from external AI providers such as:
OpenAI
Stability AI
(others added over time)
Temporary outages, slower response times or model interruptions caused by third-party systems do not qualify for refunds, as these are outside our control.
7. Free Services
Users may explore the platform using the available free options, where applicable. Free plans or trials do not grant legal rights to refunds on future paid services.
8. User Responsibility for Generated Output
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with:
style, tone, accuracy, or quality of generated AI output,
image/artistic variations,
misinterpretation of user prompts.
AI content must always be reviewed and edited by the user before use.
